The Central Community Education Foundation is a valuable resource for the Central Community School District. From its humble beginnings in 1993, this nonprofit organization was chartered to benefit students throughout the district. The Foundation provides funding for educational enrichment opportunities that would otherwise be unavailable.
The Foundation has awarded nearly $189,000 to the dedicated faculty of Central School District for sound educational projects, technologies and equipment that fall outside the school district’s normal operating budget. Many individuals, families and organizations support the Foundation and its success would not be possible if it weren’t for these people.
As the Central Community Education Foundation grows, the organization will be able to make a greater impact within the school district. To prepare for its future, the Foundation created the Friends of the Central Community Schools Education Fund. This fund will ensure the sustainability of the organization for generations to come.
Through supporters and generous contributions with specific purposes, the Foundation continues to build a lasting legacy through grants and scholarships. The Community Foundation is proud to partner with the Central Community Education Foundation in creating positive change.
