The STAR, Saber Team for Art and Recreation, committee is a group of people campaigning to building a 1,800 seat gym, a large auditorium and Hall of Fame display area for the Central Community School System. The 12-member committee is composed of many active citizens. Members are from the Central School Board, Athletic Booster Club, Music Boosters Club, Central Educational Foundation, Park and Recreations Board and Central Community Schools Administration. The group is exploring the many opportunities available for funding.

The committee supports the efforts to make Central Community Schools a premier place to educate children. This auditorium and gym will be a center for learning and educational excellence for all students. Students will be able to develop a healthy lifestyle. Thus, fulfilling Central Community Schools’ goals to educate well-rounded adults for the future.
